A spec­ta­cu­lar 5000 m² out­door pro­duc­tion by heli­co­p­ter sup­por­ted by a super­la­ti­ve sports event: by For­mu­la 1 and the PORSCHE Mobil 1 SUPERCUP.

Nürburgring: 23^th and 24^th July 2011

Poun­ding heart and adre­na­li­ne, high speed and Green Hell, motor-racing and enter­tain­ment. The­re is good rea­son why the ulti­ma­te sports event, the For­mu­la 1 2011 San­tan­der Ger­man Grand Prix at the Nür­burg­ring, which was hea­vi­ly atten­ded and extre­me­ly media-effective, pro­ved the per­fect back­ground for an unusu­al media-production in the sky.

Bet­ween Qua­li­fy­ing Ses­si­ons in the PORSCHE Mobil 1 SUPERCUP and the For­mu­la 1 and the sub­se­quent races, a spe­cial sky adver­ti­sing event by the BERENTZEN Com­pa­ny could be admi­red from pole posi­ti­on on the grounds of the Nür­burg­ring.

SILAG sur­pri­sed peop­le again with this pro­duc­tion of the BERENTZEN advert, using the most spec­ta­cu­lar, over-sized for­mat to bring a level of awa­reness hither­to unach­ie­ved. The SILAG search-and-rescue heli­co­p­ter, SILAG SAR, ope­ra­ted by Heli­Jet Char­ter GmbH, took aloft the cur­rent adver­ti­sing slo­gan of “Always poli­te” – in world-record for­mat and bright red, akin to the visu­al appearan­ce of its well-known com­pa­ny trade­mark. The ban­ner can be seen from miles away!

Recent­ly, in May 2011 and also at the Nür­burg­ring, the world record for the largest-ever adver­ti­sing ban­ner flown was set by Heli­Jet Char­ter GmbH and con­fir­med by the Guin­ness Book of World Records. High-end tech­no­lo­gy, years of expe­ri­ence and the know-how of the pilots and the sup­por­ting ground crew are indis­pensable. Only the spe­cial heli­co­p­ter, the SILAG SAR Sikorsky S76, four of which are avail­ab­le to Heli­Jet Char­ter GmbH, can allow sky-banners of such dimen­si­ons to be flown!
